AUTHVIO
Help and support

Get the request to the right place.

Choose a support topic, describe what happened, and keep secrets or identity evidence out of the message. You will receive a reference when the request is stored.

Support directory

Start with the right place.

Pick the closest topic so the request carries the right context from the beginning.

Request guide

Send a useful support request.

Include what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, and any safe request reference or error code shown by the product.

  1. 1
    Choose the closest topic

This gives the support queue the right context.

  2. 2
    Describe the exact event

Add safe dates, product paths, references, and the result you expected.

  3. 3
    Save the request reference

The reference confirms storage. It does not promise a response time.

Privacy requests: choose the matching privacy topic. If you are signed in, you can also export your data or start account erasure directly from Account Privacy.
Request details

Required fields are used to store and route your request.

Topic

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery keys, full identity numbers, or identity-document images.

Authvio uses the email address in the request if more information is needed.
Direct paths

Route urgent context correctly.

These paths add the right topic or open the independent status surface. They do not create an unlisted service commitment.

Authvio will never ask for your password, one-time code, recovery key, or full payment-card details. Report a suspicious Authvio message with the Security topic and preserve the message headers if you can.
